Selected member to purchase a ticket for an exclusive preview of our Mid-Autumn Festival collection, featuring a tasting of chocolate mooncakes and selected chocolates, along with access to exclusive shopping privileges. Join us to experience the festive offerings before everyone else. Each member may bring one guest. Please purchase tickets according to participant number. Attending members will receive a HK$100 cash voucher on the event day, while absent members will not.

Terms & Conditions:
- Present the confirmation email upon arrival.
- Each member may attend the event once.
- Invitations are non-transferable.
- Attending members will receive a HK$100 cash voucher on the event day, while absent members will not.
- No ticket will be refunded.

To store Venchi chocolate, keep it in its original wrapping in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, at a temperature between 16-20 ℃. If stored properly, it will remain delicious until the date indicated on the label.

Please indicate whether you would like a paper bag(s) or a greeting card(s) included.

Enjoy complimentary delivery by SF Cold Chain Express (a temperature-controlled service for ambient products, ensuring proper transport conditions) for any individual net purchase amounting to HK$500 or more. Please note that specific and remote areas are exempt from delivery surcharges.

For orders below HK$500, a fee of HK$50 will be applied. Selected and remote areas will incur a delivery surcharge of HK$50.

The order will be arrive within two to four working days upon confirmation of selected dispatch date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Important Notes:

  • The delivery date can be adjusted through the SF Hong Kong app if needed.
  • This service is point-to-point delivery; if you cannot receive the products immediately (e.g., left on a lobby), it might melt in hot weather.

In the event of any disputes, Venchi Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

The prices in retail store are calculated based on actual weight, and the weight of each type of chocolates may vary. The quantities displayed online are only estimates; the actual purchase will be based on weight in pounds, so the numbers may differ from the expected quantities.
