"Mousse" is French for "foam", which perfectly reflects the incredibly light and delicate texture of the Chocomousse. These chocolates are set apart by their delightful simplicity: a crisp milk chocolate shell with a creamy Fior di Latte cream and cocoa mousse filling. They break at the first bite and melt in the mouth, creating an enveloping sensation, just like a warm hug.
