The Gianduiotto, with its unique shape reminiscent of a small upturned boat, is a jewel of the Piedmontese chocolate making tradition and represents a true innovation in the world of chocolate. The extra dark variant of the historic Venchi recipe involves using 75% selected cocoa and at least 30% of short-chain PGI Piedmont hazelnuts.
To store Venchi chocolate, keep it in its original wrapping in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, at a temperature between 16-20 โ. If stored properly, it will remain delicious until the date indicated on the label.
