Venchi, the Italian chocogelateria, expands its iconic Chocoviar collection with two luscious creations: Chocoviar Raspberry and Chocoviar Gianduia, debuting alongside matching limited-edition gelato flavours. Since Chocoviar’s birth in 2007, the range, inspired and named in echo of the inimitable chocolate caviar, are filled with bite-sized masterpieces that interpret eight sublime recipes, and colourfully represent eight personalities. Chocolate lovers can also join the CHOCOVIAR WHO YOU ARE campaign, a fun journey of a digital personality classification quiz where your chocolate choice transits to a delicious expression of who you are.
Chocoviar captivates at first bite by its three soulful layers: signature crunchy chocolate “caviar”, a sleek milk or dark chocolate shell, and decadent fillings at the heart. The collection bursts eight sweet and vibrant flavours, from the classic Stracciatella, the explosive caramel-kissed Crème Brulée, the velvety Crema Cacao, to the nutty extravagance of Pistachio, the profound intensity of the 75% Extra Dark filling, and the citrus zest of Arancia. Following the arrival of Raspberry and Gianduia – the story continues, filled with the vibrant tang of berries and the comforting hug of toasted hazelnuts.
Chocoviar Raspberry beats a pink and radiant heart filled entirely with intense raspberry coulis, resting atop a generous dollop of refreshing raspberry filling. Fruit fanatics can relish the harmony between the raspberry’s natural acidity and the sweet creamy center. This new member to the Chocoviar family is pierced with crunchy 75% Chocoviar grains and enveloped by divine dark chocolate.
Introducing Chocoviar Gianduia for hazelnut lovers to hit the nutty sweet spot – a crunchy chocolate oozing heavenly hazelnut filling and encasing a whole Piedmont Hazelnut. This confectionery follows a new indulgent recipe inspired by Venchi’s classic Gianduia “Antica Ricetta”, a chocolate-hazelnut blend ancient recipe that has been passed on for generations.
To celebrate the launch of the two Chocoviar flavours, Venchi turns to the realm of gelato and transforms Raspberry and Gianduia into frozen scoops of pure joy.
